ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to sanitary reasons, We do not accept refunds or exchanges on soaps, scrubs, or body butters.
The customer is responsible for their purchases. EVERS Handcrafted Apothecary is not liable for lost, stolen, or returned packages.
If your items DID arrive damaged or broken, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will resolve it promptly.

Our products containing natural colorants, herbs, flowers, or vanillin can turn soaps and bath bombs brown over time. Vanillin discoloration is a 100% natural process. Depending on the percentage of the fragrance, the soap can discolor anywhere from off-white to dark brown.
